Plantation Hills Subdivision is a beautiful neighborhood located on rolling hills in the City of Lakeland, Tennessee.  Lakeland, a newly designated Tree City USA, is a suburban area located northeast of the metropolitan area of Memphis, just north of Interstate 40 and Canada Road. In addition, it has easy access to four major travel routes, Interstate 40 and Highways 64, 70 and 385. It's also located within minutes of the Wolfchase Galleria mall and shopping area.
 

This 200+ acre prestigious development consists of approximately 300+ residential homes on one-third acre to three-quarter acre lots.  The naturally rolling terrain and existing mature trees enhance the beauty of this development.
 

There are restrictive covenants which provide a safe and controlled development to ensure a balanced, yet unique neighborhood.  All residences have a minimum of twenty-five hundred (2,500) square feet heated living area. All utilities are underground and include electric, gas, water and sewer.

 

Plantation Hills Homeowners Association is a voluntary organization made up of homeowners and residents of Plantation Hills.
